TERMS & CONDITIONS CONTEST UNCOMFORTABLE

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

1. PROMOTER This Campaign is organised by Uncomfortable ("the Promoter"), operating via Instagram (@uncomfortable.in) and website (uncomfortable.in). The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants at any time.

2. DEFINITIONS "Campaign" means The Murder Mystery Case Silver Lucky Dip Campaign. "Campaign Period" means the period from the Campaign launch date until officially closed by the Promoter via public announcement on Instagram. "Qualifying Purchase" means a completed, paid, and non-refunded purchase of at least one Murder Mystery Case at ₹549 through uncomfortable.in or Uncomfortable's official Instagram channel (@uncomfortable.in). "Silver Prize" means physical silver bullion of a quantity solely determined by the Promoter, which may or may not be included inside a delivered box. "Lucky Dip" means the random, undisclosed selection of certain boxes to contain a Silver Prize, carried out entirely at the Promoter's discretion before dispatch.

3. ELIGIBILITY The Campaign is open to residents of India of all ages. Participants under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible. The Promoter reserves the right to verify identity and disqualify any participant found to have provided false or misleading information.

4. HOW THE LUCKY DIP WORKS Every order of The Murder Mystery Case at ₹549 has a chance of containing physical silver bullion inside the box. Silver is placed inside randomly selected boxes entirely at the discretion of the Promoter prior to dispatch. The selection process is random and undisclosed. No two batches are guaranteed to follow the same distribution. The presence or absence of silver inside any given box is revealed only upon the customer opening their delivery. Purchasing a case does not guarantee the presence of silver. The Promoter makes no representation regarding the odds of receiving silver in any individual order. No entry, registration, or additional steps are required. The chance is automatic with every Qualifying Purchase.

5. THE SILVER PRIZE Silver bullion physically placed inside selected boxes constitutes the Silver Prize. The quantity of silver in any given box is determined solely by the Promoter and may vary from box to box, ranging from a minimum of 1 gram to a maximum of 50 grams. The Silver Prize carries no guaranteed monetary value. The Promoter makes no representation regarding silver market prices at the time of delivery. The Silver Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. If a customer believes their box was damaged, tampered with, or incorrectly fulfilled, they must contact support@uncomfortable.in within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims made after this window will not be entertained.

6. NO GUARANTEED DISTRIBUTION The Promoter does not guarantee a fixed number of silver-containing boxes per batch, per time period, or per any number of orders. The distribution is entirely at the Promoter's sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to change the frequency, quantity, and weight of silver placed in boxes at any time without prior notice.

7. DELIVERY All orders are delivered free of charge across all of India. Delivery is handled by third-party courier services. The Promoter is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by courier services. Incorrect address information provided by the customer is solely the customer's responsibility. Boxes must not be opened, tampered with, or interfered with before reaching the intended recipient. Any box showing signs of tampering upon receipt should be reported to support@uncomfortable.in immediately with photographic evidence.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time due to fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its control, without liability to participants. Purchasing a product does not guarantee receiving a Silver Prize. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, disappointment, or claim arising from the absence of silver in a delivered box. All decisions made by the Promoter regarding the Lucky Dip, silver distribution, and Campaign operation are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding whether any individual order contained or should have contained silver. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate, misrepresent, or fraudulently claim a Silver Prize.

9. DATA & PRIVACY Personal data collected from participants will be used solely to fulfil orders and administer the Campaign. Data will not be sold to third parties. By participating, you consent to Uncomfortable retaining your contact information for up to six months after the Campaign closes, for record-keeping and dispute resolution purposes.

10. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Baraut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
